Testimonial for Addison Stone, MD

“Thank you to everyone who works at ProOrtho… from the people at the front desk, to the people who take my phone calls, EVERYONE has been so wonderful. I have never felt so cared for in all of my life.

First, I would like to thank Dr. Stone. He gave me my life back and my hope for a future of hiking and fun. I am looking forward to sending you pictures of me running my first marathon (well, lets be honest, probably half marathon… but I’ll do it), as soon as I can start training in November. I cannot express to you the difference in how I feel. I can walk with little to NO PAIN. I seriously never thought I would be able to say that again. Heather and Sarah and Garret… thank you for being kind and for always giving me smiles and putting up with my weirdo sense of humor. You are all gold.

Dr. Hall… wow… you put my toe back together when it was not looking like a toe should. I did not even have to beg for a bogo on my surgeries. You saved my bank account lots of money! You put up with my demands to let me go back to the swimming pool and didn’t get too annoyed when I was trying to convince you to let me wear a normal shoe. Heather, you got me out of that stupid boot and put me in a better shoe for sleeping… and I didn’t even have an appointment to see you! I just strolled in and expected you to take time to help me and you did. You were so kind! You are all wonderful!

I hope I never have toe surgery or other surgery again, but I’m glad to know that if something does happen to me (running does weird things to your knees I hear…. but not mine!) I know where I will go. When I broke my toe the day before I was scheduled to go back to work from back surgery, the doctor that saw me did not feel comfortable setting it. He said I would need surgery and that he would call a specialist in the morning. Instead, I called ProOrtho and you had me in THAT DAY (seriously). I hope you guys understand what you do for people and what you did for me.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
