Here is a surprise, I have a giddy, silly-personality that really likes making situations not as bad as they seem. You showed your excellence by listening closely to what I was saying so we did not postpone looking for the real problem. You listened for the words that provided clues to the extent of the damage. It is easy to miss that when the patient just wants to ignore the issue, and hope it gets better on its own.
I feel actually quite lucky that it was a full avulsion and you reattached my hamstring. I feel almost 100% still working on some strength building. I feel incredibly positive for my future – I will be 100% because you did such a great job and provided such care.
