Leslie Horita, PA-C
Leslie grew up in Honolulu, Hawai’i and moved to the Pacific Northwest to pursue her bachelor’s degree in BioHealth Sciences and Psychology at Oregon State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She went on to earn her master’s degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant Program.
Leslie works closely with Dr. Antoine and Dr. Price, serving as a first-assist in the operating room and seeing patients for orthopedic, sports medicine, and spine-related conditions. She is dedicated to providing individualized care that empowers patients on their return to optimal wellbeing.
In her free time, Leslie loves to paddleboard, hike, take barre classes, play pickleball, and spend quality time with friends and family.
