Jeff Stepanian, PA-C

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University. He graduated with Honors in Physician Assistant Studies from Quinnipiac University. He is Board Certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  Jeff is a knowledgeable and extensively published Physician Assistant with a proven track record in minimally invasive surgery (MIS) and computer navigation surgical techniques thus leading to more qualitative patient care. He has co-authored a number of papers, done lectures, and is a respected educator. He has an extensive, hands-on experience in hip and knee replacement surgery and a vast background in cadaver-based surgeon education.  He has help train over 200 surgeons in the last 14 years in advanced surgical techniques.  He is one of the founding fathers and Chief Operations Officer of Operativ, a small medical device company dedicated to refining advanced techniques in joint replacement.

His 14 years in clinical practice as a Physician Assistant has been complemented by his extensive experience in developing state of the art surgical technique and surgical instruments. As a Physician Assistant, Jeff has help to develop programs, which makes joint replacements easier, gentler, and more efficient.

Away from work, Jeff loves spending time with his wonderful wife and two kids. They enjoy hiking in the mountains, biking on the Centennial Trail, skiing anywhere possible and movie night.
